I took my note 10 plus to replace screen, owner said he had to replace entire frame with screen, I paid $370 as I trusted his work, my screen broke again couple days ago, I took it to a shop and they told me all original parts was swapped, after I left this shop, I had problems connecting to wifi, the sound quality was really bad and when I would talk to someone on the phone they would always ask me why am I screaming when I’m speaking very soft, I had no other options but buying a new note plus today and what a difference, this dude ripped me off and stole my original phone. Do not trust how nice he speaks as if he’s kind and nice, he’s robbing you.

What a fantastic experience! I brought my iPad with one problem in to see if it could be fixed and Brad diagnosed an imminent issue with the battery (the original problem was not fixable). He managed to get me a refurbished iPad for a great price that is basically like new. I love the fact that Brad was invested in solving the problem and also educated me in the proper disposal of my old Apple products. Happy to support a small Toronto business that, well, knows its business!

2 year old MacBook Air all of a sudden would not power on. Took it to Apple and was told it was the Logic Board and it needed to be replaced – $750 +++
Took it into Brad for a second opinion, was not the logic board but rather the Audio board and the cost of the part was $30. Saved a significant amount of money, Brad explained every step, gave me some other helpful tips. Can’t thank Brad enough. Won’t go anywhere else.
