Just a terrible company to do business with. Sent me a faulty computer. Huge problems getting a hold of technical support and customer service. Had to do an exchange of parts which they made me pay for and said I would get refunded once I sent the broken parts back. Sent back but they could not credit my card and had to cut a check. Check was only valid for 60 days and was not able to cash within the time window due to multi residency. ( they did not advise me of the short check cashing window normally it’s 90-120 days. I’m not a bank expert. ) After attempting to get another check they advised me I could file a dispute with my card for returned merchandise which they in turn fought. Now they won’t send me a check after I cancelled the dispute. Customer service is extremely rude, arrogant and not trained well. Would not recommend doing business with this company. There are better computer building companies out there.

This computer has so far been amazing and everything I needed for what I got. The only thing I will say is the (I Know it was free) keyboard they give you is so weird and cheap feeling however it does look good. I will definitely be buying from IBUYPOWER again!!
