I had the best experience at icomm solutions. I have a 2015 “vintage” MacBook Pro that the Apple Store will not service because they no longer make the parts. I am new to the UK (from the US) and I could not find someone to help me replace the battery — I attempted to fix it on my own, but of course I made an error. I called Mr. Chaudhry in a panic not wanting to fight with iStore. I came to the shop and I am walking away with what feels like a brand new machine after 30 minutes (with chatting.)

I have been an Apple user all my life and I deal exclusively with Apple Stores, Mr. Chaudhry was as good or better than any Genius Bar appointment I’ve been too. He has the certifications to prove it! Do not be scared to bring your Apple product here, you’re in safe hands.

Honestly cannot recommend these guys enough! They are polite, helpful, very knowledgeable and just a pleasure to deal with. I had an issue with my phone that they sorted on the same day for me. This involved me sitting in their shop for hours while they helped me and then set up a new phone… even staying a lot later than their closing time! Nothing was too much trouble and I’m so grateful and cannot thank them enough. I would 100% use these guys again in the future. Thank you again… and for the coffees!

Took my I Phone to this company.
They assessed the problem and gave me a very reasonable quote for the necessary repair which I accepted.
I was very surprised that I was then immediately asked if I wanted to wait for the job to be done as they had the parts required in stock and that the repair would take about half an hour.
As promised my phone was returned to me in perfect working order in about 30 minutes.
Very friendly professional staff.
No hesitation to recommend them.
