I just wanted to say how pleased I am with having Iconnect on my doorstep for all my phone repairs,issues and any other requirements. Mr Singh and all employees are the best when it comes to customer service for any needs you might have in regards to a simple need for upgrade to any other complicated matter. They will resolve it. Me and my family often go to ICONNECT in bedworth over the last 7 years I have upgraded my phone here 4 times and never have any issues ( always help me with my budget and what I am able to get ) with them I have also advised my 94 year old grandad to go and have a iPhone screen replaced and charge port fixed. again with no issue I have also bought 2 tablets from the shop again with no issues the staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable…. very good on prices also I often tell friends to go in if they are needing a new phone or amy problems fixing with there phones lovely people

Very trustworthy

I went in this Shop this morning not sure what to expect with a Phone I needed looking at as a 2nd Phone for My Neighbour. The guy in the Shop welcomed me with a warm smile and worked in a Professional Manner. He was kind considerate and very understanding. He sorted the Phone for My Neighbour out and saved me a huge amount of money. I will definitely return to this shop if I have any new problems with My phone. I would definitely recommend this shop 10000%. The guy knows his tech he is a gentleman and a ledgend
