I am highly disappointed with the lack of communication and support from the staff. I walked into the store and explained my issue with data recovery from my hard disk. They had not run any diagnostics or communicated with me beforehand. Despite clearly stating what I needed, the staff member made phone calls in a language I couldn’t understand, which felt unprofessional. Without assessing the problem, he quoted a price of PS190. My issue was that power was being supplied to my Mac, but it couldn’t read the data. No effort was made to diagnose the problem. It’s unprofessional to quote a price without knowing the issue. I would have paid PS190 since the data is valuable, but as a customer, I need to see effort and conviction. Everything about this experience was problematic.

I visited this place for a battery replacement, and unfortunately, it was quite expensive (PS59). The lack of a receipt added to my frustration. On top of that, they strongly recommended a new screen protector, which felt pushy. Worst of all, the battery turned out to be non-genuine, I was not told about that and now I have an annoying message on my iPhone.

Quick update on the review took the iPhone to Apple to get a original battery installed and they told me that the 3rd party battery this shop has installed seems to be glued to the board and they cannot replace any more to original battery and price was PS65 I would never recommend this shop And for every friend I will strongly advise not to go nowhere near this place
