Went instore today due to a ongoing problem with my charger port, I was quoted a EXTREMLY good price for a replacement, however, he had a look and knew instantly what the problem was, told me to give him 10/15 mins and should be good, I came back 20ish mins later and it was fixed! CHEAPER then the original quote by more then double!

In the end my phone was too broken for them to repair but they kept me informed throughout the process and explained each stage clearly, and didn’t charge me despite conducting a full review. Very helpful and customer orientated, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again when needed.
