Absolutely brilliant service … walked in with 2 broken old mobiles which I hoped I could get fixed for my grandson … walked out with a free working upgraded phone … thank you very much .. genuinely good advice and great service. Highly recommend.
Battery change on my Samsung S10. Went in Tuesday and Ian ordered the battery. It arrived Wednesday pm when Ian rang me. I went in Thursday first thing and it was replaced within an hour. First class repair with a polite friendly service.
Phoned up after lunch, iPhone 11 Pro Max fixed at a very affordable price and collected an hour later. Even put a screen protector on which although isn’t anything massive, goes a long way in my eyes customer service wise.
