Just got my battery replaced as well as a screen that I had reveiously replace at another shop that did a terrible job. When I got my phone back, it literally felt like an entire new phone, no joke. The best customer service and always had a smile as he clearly has a passion to make his customers happy. If you are in the NRW, come here even if you have to travel a distance, it’s worth it.
Walked in to check the price for a screen repair (other repair shops down the street already estimated it at ca. 200 Euro). The guy spotted right away that this is, actually, just a minor thing and fixed it immediately for 10 Euro. Awesome service, great attitude & customer care.
Walked in for an iPhone battery replacement without any appointment. The replacement was complete in roughly 5 minutes. Everything went well, and I would definitely recommend this phone repair shop.
