Extremly disappointed in the service I received. After calling them to see if they could fix my playstation VR2 cable they told me they would try.
After dropping the device off I was told I would hear back from them the next day and after no phone call I called them to be told that its the beginning of the year and no ones around.
I then got a call saying they were testing the device and that it is something they can fix or in the worst case replace the wire.
4 days later I have to call them again to be told the VR2 will be ready in a couple of days.
Finally I go to pick the VR2 up in the evening after calling them that day to confirm it was ready which they told me it was.
On arrival the guy brings out the device and the cable is completely trashed. They had attempted to solder the wires which looked as if a 5 year old had attempted it.
All I got was a sorry we couldn’t fix it.

I’m not one to write reviews but this has me completely mind boggled that they told me the job had been done yet when I go to pick it up its not.
I would have completely understood if they had called me and said they couldn’t fix it and I could have gone somewhere else. But to string me along for a week really wound me up.
My Samsung phone stopped charging so I contacted ifix to asking for help. They had the part within a few hours and had my phone up and running within an hour of the part arriving. To my surprise they had installed a new complimentary screen cover. Amazing service and a good price also. Highly recommended.
Repaired my iPad, replaced the screen and other components. They made three separate visits to my house as I am unable to visit in store. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, would highly recommend. I am very impressed with the service that I received.
