PLEASE DON’T USE THIS SHOP!!!

I really wish I’d looked at the reviews before using this place as many others seem to have had the same issues with them as me.

I have a new top of the range phone and I went in for a new screen which cost PS180, bloke constantly tried to upsell a screen worth PS220 as I went for a “cheap one”.

I had no other issues with this phone as it was just the screen I needed fixed yet after they had my phone for a week there was suddenly an overheating issue due to a “motherboard issue” which was never an issue beforehand…

I then had to wait for this to be done which took a few days. Anyways after I got my phone back again I now have multiple issues with my phone such as the battery life does INCREDIBLEY quickly, charging is slower, half the screen turns into static a few times a week, there is a consistent flashing 3 dots on the screen and the fingerprint sensor no longer works.

Long story long I went in with 1 issue and left with many. DON’T USE THIS BUSINESS as they will just make your phone worse.

RIP off. Went in there for a smashed I phone screen. Was given two prices, PS125 for cheap screen. And then PS175 for a genuine apple screen. I took the cheaper option and the phone broke down as he knew it would and I spent 4 days with no phone, and was given no receipt, so have to keep going back to find the men who originally served me. As my phone was overheating and unusable he said he would charge an extra PS80 to put the genuine apple screen on it. PS205 pounds in total, and I saw him giggle when he saw me as he knew it wouldn’t work without an apple screen. Scammers and thieves… ripping people off. It was 175 one day then PS195 the next! Do not pay them cash as they want to avoid taxes but can’t do you a deal and rip you off. Avoid also as they don’t even want to give you a reciept!! SCAMMERS

Very disappointed! Went to this shop to get my screen replaced charged me PS60.00. Today I went to another repair shop in Guildford as my phone wouldn’t charge. The guy took back of the phone off in front of me and the first thing he pointed out was the person at ifix who changed my screen didn’t put any screws back after doing it. I was also showed a genuine samsung screen and that was 100% not genuine what ifix put on my phone. Also since they changed the screen the issues with the phone not charging started.
I would not recommend this shop for repairs and I will be reporting the issue I have encountered to a well known trading association
