Took a Google pixel in for repair, told me phone was ready and was rude on the phone when I said can I pick it up at 3:30, he told me to come quicker. first screen he put on didn’t fit properly, was very laggy and clicked when you pressed the screen. Took it back was told it would have to be sent off. I said I didn’t want it sent off and put a better screen on. He put the news screen on which was also laggy and the pixels on the screen aren’t right. I complained and he said bring it back Monday and I could speak to someone else. Wasn’t open when I went back. Avoid.
Absolutely brilliant service. My screen failed just when I needed the phone. The guy took my phone at 3pm, he hand delivered it back to me at 8:30 pm. Highly recommended.
