Darren has managed to revive an old MacBook and fix my iMac. Both run perfectly now. Without doubt he has the most in depth knowledge of the Apple Mac OS ecosystem of anyone I have ever met and that includes most so called “Genius Bar” experts. He is also an extremely well qualified and trained Apple engineer and should be able to fix most things that go wrong with your Mac if it is fixable in this day and age of glued/soldered in circuits and fixed memory. An extra big plus is that he is a very affable and professional person to talk to. Highly recommended!
