I recently had an excellent experience with this phone repair shop, specifically thanks to a representative named Ahmed, when I needed a Samsung S10 screen replacement. From the initial inquiry, which I made while accompanied by my child, Ahmed was incredibly professional and accommodating. He offered a fair price for the repair and presented two different screen options, each with its own price, allowing me to make an informed decision based on my budget and preferences.

I made an appointment to bring in my phone, and thanks to Ahmed, the repair process was both efficient and swift, taking only about an hour to complete. This convenience allowed me to enjoy a coffee nearby while I waited, which was a nice touch. The quality of the repair was outstanding, with my phone looking and functioning as if it were brand new.

Although I hope not to need their services again, I am thoroughly impressed by the high standard of work and customer service Ahmed provided.
