A few weeks ago my charger stopped working and after trying different wires, I realised my charging port was the problem. I was stuck using a wireless charging of for weeks which was super inconvenient and I had to bring everywhere with me. I took it into i-fix as I had heard great stuff from a few friends who’ve used them for years. It took 10 minutes and my phone is in perfect working order and charging again, the lady did it as a good will gesture. Excellent customer service and I will be going back next week to get my screen repaired at i-fix.

My Samsung android phone that wouldn’t charge simply needed a charging port clean and test. iFixed did not suggest a port repair nor costly (and perhaps damaging) strip of the phone. Incredible to find honest and truthful assistance. I highly recommend. Even a port replacement would have been swift and economic with a team that clearly knew exactly what they are doing. I can’t fault the service I got from ifix. The team had a solution to all the problems I had with my phone , they was very caring and understanding towards my situation and did absolutely everything to help.
