I contacted Leon after my Lenovo laptop had issues booting up and could not detect its hard drive, leaving it in an unusable state which left me unable to work from home. After a quick phone call Leon was able to take my laptop in (and he carried out necessary sanitising of the laptops surfaces given the COVID-19 situation) and kept me informed on what he found to be the problem. By the next day the laptop was fixed and ready for use again, much to my surprise. He also took the extra step of providing photographs throughout the process and explaining what exactly he did. All of this was done for a very fair price and I am extremely pleased with the service.
