I had my screen replaced here for PS45 on Saturday, by that evening the new screen had cracked. I took the phone in first thing on Monday for exchange as there was obviously something wrong with either the product or the repair itself.

As soon as I had explained the situation to the man in the shop he became very rude and refused to repair the item.

I would not have my phone repaired here as in my opinion:

The products used are below standard
Poor standard of repair
Poor customer service

I have now taken my phone to a repair shop on Grimsby Rd (Mobile Mania) who were PS10 cheaper, much friendlier and the screen has lasted more than 6 hours, much happier.

Rubbish service the guys an absolute joke takes him 3 and half days to replace a screen what he mucked up in the first place didn’t like their attitude especially him rude and arrogant. Absolute JOKE if you want your phone repaired go to iRepair on St Peters Avenue they’re 100x better than these. And they can’t even put a screen on properly without it being damaged within 2 weeks the equipment they buy and order is cheap and below standard

Brilliant service and value for money, took my own screen to replace my smashed one. They had no problems fitting it got my phone back like new!! Been back again 8 months later to get my battery replaced no problem done in 5 hours phone back working brilliant. Would highly recommend these guys don’t listen to the bad reviews
