I found Alonas on a Google Maps search for computer experts locally! What a find his reviews were so good I felt confident and was not disappointed! I arrived within an hour of calling with 2 laptops and a printer that were all running badly, not working and causing problems. He gave me his best advice and time! I am so grateful! The old Toshiba and the low storage Acer are in the bin. Now I’m the proud owner of a HP laptop that suits my needs and works well with my current printer. However based on more Alonas expert advice I’m getting an Epsom Printer soon. His patience, tuition, help and friendly manner are incredible! Very impressed with the friendly, professional service and the advice received. Alonas was very helpful and clear and his attitude is to repair rather than replace equipment (where it is cost effective to do so). My Dell laptop was completely dead and would not turn on but Alonas ordered a new and genuine Dell motherboard from China and turned things around very quickly. So far so good – all my data and files is where it was! It’s always a concern giving such a valued piece of equipment to a stranger but I would happily use IFIXIT4U again and will recommend to friends. Thank you
