MONEY LAUNDERING! Tempted to call the police!! Bought a phone 2 weeks ago and be careful of the scam, this is what they will do!

1) you buy a phone from them but THERE WILL be an issue with the phone
2) you take it back and they charge you high costs for repairing the phone even they k ow they sold you a damaged phone
3) they will say it’s fixed BUT IT WONT BE!!
4) They will keep charging you over and over again and when you ask for a refund they say no!!

We are going to CALL THE POLICE THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE!! Contact your bank and make sure you are protected!!

Also when you try and call the manager the phone is always out of use….how convenient!!

We have also reported them to TRADING STANDARDS AND GOING TO LOOK INTO CONTACTING THE POLICE! Absolute scammers!!

AWFUL!!! I’ve asked for a full refund!!! If they provide me with a refund I will update my review!

THEY TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR PROVIDING A REALLY POOR SERVICE AND PHONE!

I bought a phone for my wife and it’s now the 4th time I’ve had to go back, there was a lot of issues with the battery, and now my latest experience is the phone is completely dead!!

In total I’ve now spent PS220 and HAVE NO PHONE! It feels like I’ve been scammed!!

I went in the shop to ask for help with an old phone I found in the back of my desk drawer. The guy I spoke with (sorry I didn’t get his name) was really helpful and patient, he fixed my problem in about 20 minutes but refused to take any payment. Very professional, polite and a pleasure to deal with, thanks!!
