Took a phone in to get the back replaced, when I picked it up the phone was covered in glue and the back was lifting up at the edges. I’ve been back 4 times in less than a week to get it re-repaired. The first 3 times they just squirted more glue on my phone and told me to leave it for 2 hours which I did. Last time I went in the person at the shop was extremely rude and refused to give me a refund claiming they’d fixed it 4 times (despite the phone still not being fixed) and now telling me I need to leave it till tomorrow for the glue to dry.

My best guess is they’re just trying to stop me coming in because the job isn’t worth their time to do properly. They also have a contact form on their website and a WhatsApp contact for the store, both were ignored so don’t bother using them to complain if you’ve had issues. Avoid at all costs!

UPDATE: nearly 4 weeks after I initially took my phone in for repair the store finally agreed to refund me after I sent them a written complaint. They took back the replacement part they bought so my phone is now in worse condition than when I initially took it in however they did at least go some of the way to making things right.

Took my iPhone 12 to have the back glass replaced. Charged PS75 & took a week, when it came back there was glue all around the edges but I thought it would be covered by my phone case anyway. However when I got home the device would not charge as it had detected liquid in the charging port!!! I left it for a few hours & it charged. However the front facing camera was black & not working. I went back to the shop & they denied all responsibility even though the phone was fine before. I took it to the Apple Store who wrote me a report stating that there was debris in the camera lens which could only happen if the phone had been taken apart as iPhones are a sealed unit. I went straight back to the shop & the man was very rude talking over me & saying how he’s already told me it’s not their fault. He eventually gave me an email address to send the report to so the matter could be looked into further as id tried multiple times ringing the head office including whilst stood in the shop so he could see that I was just getting the voicemail. I’ve had no response to the email & still nobody is answering the phone or responding to my email.

Had my s22 screen replaced here overpriced and while he was doing it he phoned me up saying my front camera doesn’t work. Which it did prior to letting him fix my screen he said when I dropped my phone I must have damaged the ribbon he wanted an extra PS35 to replace it recently decided not to trust anyone any more and do it myself with YouTube n got the camera off AliExpress for PS3 the old camera ribbon is damaged and ill let everyone else make there mind up on whether or not you can do this damage by dropping a phone as this front facing camera is quite secure and glued in place
