Came in with an antenna issue on a phone. It took them twenty minutes to come to the same conclusion and a further thirty minutes to say I should leave it with them.

Rang after five days of silence to be told it wasn’t able to be fixed (went round the corner to a rival who fixed it in 15mins).

The best bit? While my phone was unlocked in the shop they went into my Google account and posted a fluff review for themselves and a bad one for their rival round the corner.

Best avoided.

charged me different amounts to fix my screen the secound time i went in to get my screen fixed my face iD stopped working. i went back in with my receipt to get it sorted and the resolution was it’ll probably start working with the new update. also charged me PS35 for a plug and a wire which is crazy but i wasn’t gonna say anything coz i go there everytime. really disappointed as i thought it was a good phone shop.

Best repair shop. I’m very grateful to have my phone fixed straight away. Another shop had ripped me off and put a fake screen on. The shop assistant at this shop sorted it for me and it was a life saver. I would highly recommend this shop. Many thanks.
