I had a screen replaced for a Samsung they said this would be repaired in 30 minutes upon returning was told another 20 minutes. Not the end of the world,

however I was promised a genuine Samsung screen and was fitted with a cheap knock off. The biometrics stopped working even though there was nothing wrong with that part. However when I asked in there shop they told me it was damaged and it would cost me more to have it replaced.

When I went to leave feeling ripped off the back of the phone fell off where they never glues it properly. When I showed them this they tacked it with poor quality glue leaving glue marks all over the housing.

I took the phone to a difrent store and they explained that this was there fault not mine as the screen was indeed a knock off, not the genuine I had paid 80 pounds for. I don’t know if this was a genuine error or on purpose on there part however I have learnt a true lesson and to avoid this place from now on.

I don’t make a habit of making a bad review but this is a buyer beware as I do fill this is genuine review for such a bad repair and

2 stars purely because the owner I guess gave me a free screen protector for what that was worth.

I don’t even have words for how upset I am, I am a student without a job. I dropped my phone and it cracked so I went to this terrible shop to get my phone repaired.
They charged me PS300 for a repair to which the screen stopped working 2 times the day of picking my phone up.
The man also asked for my phone password and I mentioned how I was uncomfortable with giving my password to which I was made fun of by the workers. I unknowingly paid the PS300 out of desperation and 5 months later my screen is unresponsive so I go to a professional. I found out they completely destroyed my phone. Not only was the screen a fake , THEY STOLE THE SCREWS FROM MY PHONE. Which destroyed the phone, as soon as the professional opened the phone the smell of burning was apparent.
I was scammed out of PS300 and am considering legal action I’m so upset on how someone can do that to what he knew was a student struggling to begin with. NEVER EVER go to this shop.

Firstly said they’d call in 30 mins for diagnostics – returned after 40 and had closed with my phone. Eventually got them the following day with a list of problems needing fixing to repair. Upon collecting refuse to let me pay by card, insist I need to withdraw cash, accept a PS20 card payment when I show I don’t have enough to withdraw.

Now the stickler… phone is not at all fixed. Very dodgy screen that is not always responsive, non working Face ID, sound comes and goes and is now fuzzy to receiver, glitchy.

No protection form my credit card for this dodgy fix, probably why they refused the payment method. Refused receipt also

They also do not fix your phone in there but collected it from another retailer, probably the one I didn’t want to use due to bad reviews.

Do not believe as I did any bad reviews to be from another business, I am just a person who had her phone broken by a naughty cat and urgently needed it back.
