I went to them for 2 reasons. The primary reason was to get a quote for a monitor screen replacement. The other was for whether they could buy a phone that I had. They took my details. Essentially, they couldn’t fix the screen (which was fine – no fault there), but then they offered PS50-PS60 for the phone. So I came down after a few weeks to pick up the screen and sell my phone. They guy at the desk said that we can’t offer you the phone for that price – we can give you PS30 (he verified this with his manager). The reason for the 1 star is because he mentioned there’s no notes on the system. The guy before called me, offered a price for the phone and didn’t bother to write down basic information. Bit frustrating.

I went to change my iPad screen which was damaged. The staff were very helpful and allowed me to take my dog into the store and quickly gave me a price. They also found me a case for my iPad. The repair was carried out effectively within 4 hours. I was delighted with the service.

Very happy with the service I received from Rawzat in fixing a broken iPad screen and purchasing an iPhone 12. He was knowledgeable and did exactly what he said he would do. He even threw in a couple of extra goodies with our purchase. Would definitely recommend. Thanks
