I took my Apple Mac book in having been told by another tech that the problem was terminal. The very personable chap behind the counter opened up the laptop and had it back up and running perfectly in less than 5 minutes. He then said it was a “simple” fix (clearly not so for the other techs who looked at it) and declined to charge. I then gave him my I-phone to look at. He fixed it there and then and, again, said no charge.
I now no longer need to buy a new laptop and the I- phone will last another year so saved thousands of pounds by coming here!
A pleasure dealing with a consummate professional who knows the value of building a reputation for exceeding his client’s expectations.

I’d received a quote via email from Dan at iHelp to repair my phone, happy with the quote I went in on Saturday and Dan took a quick look at my phone and thought that perhaps my phone needed a clean (as it wasn’t charging properly) rather than a repair. After a good clean he got the phone charging again and to my lovely surprise didnt charge me! I was so pleased! Dan is such a friendly easy to deal with guy. All the experience and tech know how you could want and not out to do stuff that isnt required. I’ll definitely be recommending him and his company. Thank you so much Dan. Paula x
Walked into the shop this morning when it opened with my Sons iPhone which needed a new screen. Met by two lovely friendly faces and told me the price and would be done within 30 mins. Told them that I would be back in an hour etc. phone screen replaced and phone working. Top service and in the most polite way. I hope I don’t have to return to often
