I would definitely recommend this service. I had a problem with my iPhone – it turned off after charging, and I couldn’t resurrect it. The guy in the service helped me quickly. He could recover the phone to live and also pointed out that the battery in the phone is totally dead and must be replaced with a new one, otherwise it will happen from time to time. He just saved my day. If I decide to replace the battery, I would surely go to this service.
Search no more! This is the best repair store for Apple items in Berlin. Nico is super helpful, always giving you 2-3 options to choose based on your budget and options. Ive been there 3x already, 2x with my iphone, fixed within 1 hour, 1x with my macbook. He ran the diagnosis, was checking the options and even stayed overtime on Saturday. Highly highly recommended. Support local businesses and their families.
My iPhone X battery was so swollen the screen was popping off. I headed here immediately without an appointment and they fixed it in the hour. They even gave me a chocolate bar while I waited. Prices were reasonable and less than what the Apple Store gave me. Everything is good as new now. Thank you for great customer service!
