Came in on a short notice with the back of my iPhone smashed. I was told it could take a few hours because of how microscopic the glass fragments were. I was able to get my phone back in 24 hours and it looks amazing! Not only that but they replaced my front screen protector (which had one crack from years ago that I just never bothered to fix) out of courtesy free of charge! Not only that but they ordered a part to also fix my microphone free of charge. Service at this place is incredible, timely manner, knowledgeable staff and perfect customer service. Thank you!
Great experience. I broke my phones screen while at work and brought it in shortly after 5pm. Phone was good as new by 630pm. Super helpful and quick even right before closing time. They also did not need my passcode or anything to fix the screen which I’ve always been kind of uncomfortable with, so that was nice too. You definitely pay for what you get but worth it in my opinion. Highly recommend these guys for anyone needing phone repairs although I hope I don’t have to go back again any time soon as that means I’ve managed to break my phone again…
I had the most amazing experience dealing with these tech professionals.!!! Ryan, the person I dealt with, was knowledgeable, honest, informative, and easy to understand for someone like me technologically incompetent!!! They fixed my phone in a timely manner, at a fraction of what the others charge, and explained to me how to use certain functions… I am so impressed with their professionalism!!! I highly recommend them to family and friends!!!!
