Replaced the screen in our Mac book. Quote was competitive and only took a few days from quote to completion.
We had a slight intermittent issue with the screen when it was being used. Returned the Mac book, Paul ordered then fitted a new screen and the fault was still there which meant it was the actual laptop not the replacement screen. As the new part would be more than the laptop is worth he helped adjust the settings so the fault causes minimum disturbance. Didn’t charge us for the extra work, great service thank you

I have been using this firm for years. Wonderful service. Took my laptop in yesterday, because it types capital letters on every new lline. They said there was nothing wrong with it. Why do I and every body else who uses the laptop find it typing capital letters on every new line. Do the firm not just want my custom any more?
