I am blown away by this team. I have heard very good things about them and decided to give them a try. When I called up, I was listened to and given a very user-friendly answer to my (pretty stupid) question. I then attended the store and was given excellent, professional, advice and my requirements were addressed inexpensively. Then rain started to bucket down and I was without my umbrella. I was kindly escorted home by the store owner to ensure that I arrived home safely and dry. Eleven out of ten to this business. I wish them every success. They are obviously genuinely customer focussed.
Very quick and easy repair on my Oppo phone screen. Pricing was the best I could find in Maroochydore and the service at the store was friendly and straight forward about what needed to be fixed, easy to understand aswell.
Definitely would recommend for Oppo phones. Aaron from the store checked in with me afew days after my screen was fixed to see how it was all going which I appreciated alot, don’t get that follow up with many phone places. 🙂 very happy

IMend Tech is amazing!!
Having previously found them to sell my iPhone with, I thought to ask them first if they were able to replace my laptop battery. They organised everything for me and quickly changed the battery over within the hour appointment. Cheaper than going through the original company and supporting a local business was a massive plus. I can highly recommend this awesome business for any of your tech and IT needs, ask IMend first!
