Quick service poor repair screen not fitting correct, damaged the power button as it looks like they had to free it off because they used to much glue putting screen back. Said was not them I know it was not damaged in that area when I dropped it off , all localised damage just happens to look like that then ? And does not feel or click like it used to do not even a offer of any money back as they insist was not them . Yeah pull the other 1 , was expecting better for a PS85 quid repair rip off. And the attitude well what do you want me to do ? Your job would be nice. Took the phone back a couple of months ago as the screen packed in picked it back up this week and credit due repaired it this time much better. And repaired the damage to the phone case , thank you but why did it have to be such a painful experience.

Booked in my samsung s22 for a replacement got a fixed price straight away with time and date .
Called today at agreed time passed over my phone and was asked could he check the phone to see if it was definitely broken which I throught that’s a great start, I was asked to ring he’s number and to see whats wrong with my phone which to my disbelieve nothing not a thing
I explained I have been to Samsung and was told its definitely broke and PS170 to fix it which I said no thanks
I can say I was shocked but over the Moon for the shops honestly about my phone and shaked his hand and walk out
All I can say you have use this shop if you have a faulty phone the service I received was 5 star

My old phone had a software issue and couldn’t be repaired. I visited two shops who didn’t show any interest in repairing it, just wanted to sell me a new one. I had never visited I’m Fixed before, but thought I would give them a try. I was very pleased with the service and attitude (of Hamza). He tested everything possible and confirmed it was a software problem and due to the age of the phone, it wasn’t worth repairing. He had several phones in stock but went through what I really use my phone for, before offering a suitable unit. I could have bought the same off the Internet for a bit less, but Hamza transfered all my contacts and Apps, whilst I waited. A great service and a fair price.
