Wish I could give zero stars. Took my iPad in as it wasn’t charging and the guy took it and plugged in his charger which worked so he explained it might have been an issue with my plug. There was a young lad in the back room who proceeded to laugh at me for not understand about the wattage of the plug. When I said it was bad customer service to be laughing I was informed by the team member that he wasn’t in fact staff and he ‘didn’t know why he was there’. The worker that served me joined in with laughing until I asked what was funny and only then did he ask the non staff member to leave. Is this a job or his flat with his mates hanging around? Absolutely ridiculous. Tell me why I have left my personal belongs with someone who doesn’t even work there being in the room. Overall got the impression that the staff member couldn’t be ar**d to help me and just wanted to sit on his phone with his mate. I had faith and trust in this service from previous reviews but best believe I took my business elsewhere.

ZERO RATING. Most unprofessional shop I’ve ever been in. Chose this shop after seeing good reviews and my iPad was faulty. I made a booking and on arrival was told he ‘didn’t know about it’. After awkwardly sitting there, the man decided to actually take a look at my iPad. He proceeded to tell me the plug I’m using isn’t strong enough and a boy next to him began laughing. I then asked why he’s laughing and the guy then stated ‘he doesn’t even work here’. Please tell me why my personal property is being left with someone who doesn’t even work at the shop? In the end I asked for my iPad back and left the store, absolutely useless and got it fixed in another shop in Chelmsford.

Kumar was absolutely amazing my iPhone pro max 13 was smashed to pieces yet within the hour he had fixed it. Younis runs a superb shop in the high st and on top of all that it was 8pm on a Friday night that this all happened
