Took my pixel pro in to get a screen replaced. They took the finger print scanner out (even though that was working) the screen they replaced it with was awful – didn’t line up with the front facing camera and it had tape on it (apparently to keep it in place) they said to leave it a couple of hours and then take the tape off. When I took it off there was a big crack in the new screen. Back and forth for weeks and they won’t rectify the problem. I spent PS260 on a sub par screen that’s cracked and is gradually getting worse.
Do not use – they do not use proper parts, over charge and the work is shoddy
I’d like to commend the outstanding customer service provided by a young boy during my recent interaction. Despite his age, he exhibited remarkable professionalism, attentiveness, and a sincere desire to assist. His friendly approach and willingness to go above and beyond made my experience truly delightful. It’s evident that he has a promising future in customer service. Hats off to this young team member for his exceptional service!
My daughter had broken her screen and was quoted 35-190PS for it from various shops but imobile (Kareeb) fixed it in a min without a charge. I went today to replace 2 iphone X screens and was offered a very reasonable price. Its such a pleasure to come across such honest, hardworking and kind people. You have a permanent customer and I will come with a box of chocolates to thank next time.
