The whole experience was an absolute disaster from start to finish. only person i can safely say done what i asked them to do is Dami. He managed to get me my confirmations which Store manager and employees couldn’t! Certainly the most helpful individual in this unprofessional business. Bunch of impolite and unhelpful individuals who clearly lack any kind of customer service experience. This review is a subject to delivery as advised to be delivered today. First time doing business with the company and certainly the last one. If the head office would like to discuss this further please email me.
Great service! Went in to get my charger port fixed, they cleaned it up gave me a screen protector and a case all for such a good price! The lady who served me was so friendly and chatty as well, as were everyone else in the shop! Will definitely be recommending to my friends for phone repairs! Thanks guys 🙂
the most friendliest people i have met so welcoming did my phone straight away , offered me drinks and kept conversations going , will definitely be coming back if i need any repairs they also had loads of phone cases that caught my eye! 10/10 would recommend very affordable as well x
