Have a Samsung microwave/oven/grill. Unfortunately the microwave stopped working. Took it to Impact UK. They took a look and diagnosed the problem. Once they knew what was wrong and which parts were needed they telephoned me with a quote. As the quote was very reasonable I agreed to have repair carried out. A few days later Impact UK called again to say my microwave/oven was ready to collect. It is now back in place in my kitchen working as good as new. Very happy with the service from Impact UK – would definitely recommend and use their services again.
Excellent service on a hoover repair, dropped appliance off for repair and service, quote sent within an hour and work carried out really quick, collected same day – recommend and will use again – thanks
