Can’t give 0 stars, but they will get 1 star. Very rude customer service. Felt disheartened and disappointed that rjis is an apple service provider. Advised colleagues and friends to stay away from this place and seek service elsewhere to avoid the embarassment and horrible service. Made an appointment with Apple online in August. Got to this shop for my appointment and immediately agent was downright rude for no reason. Mind you this was my first time at the store. I entered the store and appeared to have approached the tall darker agent’s counter at the left side of the counter where I was pointed and gesture of face to the right side of the counter where the other agent was already helping a customer. Instead of vocalizing or directing me to the proper entry line, the tall darker agent looked at the shorter lighter agent and smirked or laughed. By this time, someone had walked in, but instead of allowing me to walk a few feet around a center divider and servicing me as the current customer, the agent serviced the other cusomer and I was now back in the line just a few feet from where I was previously awaiting service from the tall darker agent. As if I had not already been in the store. Mind you, there were two agents both were set up on opposite ends of each other and I was standing at one of the agents (tall darker) work station already and noone else was in the line nor at his work station. Only 3 customers in the store at this time. Myself, the one that walked in after me and the other being serviced by the short lighter agent. It got worse from there. It was now my turn again to be serviced and the tall darker agent does not say a word, just stares and stares at me and I then ask if I may approach his desk for service. After agent silently views my claim and at this time I was so embarassed in front of my family, I chose not to receive service from ImplementIT and will never go there again. I also requested Apple remove them from my list because I do not want to ever experience such rude behavior and I do not understand why they acted so unprofessional and lack courtesy. What happened to good customer service. I found a place that turned out to be less expensive and very kind service.

I had an issue with my iPhone, so I called their store and a very courteous and professional representative responded. He took his time to respond to my inquiries. He could not take care of the issue over the phone, so I went in person and their customer service was top-notch. The gentleman at the store did fix my issue with my iPhone and I was so thankful for his help, his knowledge with Apple products, and his patience. I highly recommend this place.

Though they are “nice” their follow up service is TERRIBLE. I bought an iPhone 8 for over 700 EUR and in 3 months the screen started separating from the base of the phone. Clearly this was a phone issue. They told me I “sat” on it and wanted to charge me 400 eur for a new phone. I did not sit on my phone and they should have exchanged it. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this store as they will not honor the warranty.
