I went to this store in February looking for an external charger for an old laptop battery (laptop port would not recognize the charging cable anymore). The owner was there, he could have charged me to fix the laptop or sell me a charger that wasn’t worth it. Instead he showed me how to extract the hard drive from my laptop, and a device I could use to access the files on that drive by plugging it into another computer. He also took the time to show me how it worked on the in store computer before I even bought the attachment, so I could be assured it would work/was what I needed. This attachment has now allowed me to access documents on multiple laptops I have that no longer turn on, as I can now access their hard drives. He saved me a lot of money, educated me, and sold me a device that fixed more than the one problem I came in for. I am extremely grateful and would highly recommend this store to anyone!! I have been visiting iNet computers and the owner Tahir for years when ever I have run into computer problems I cannot fix. He’s always proven to be friendly, and transparent whenever I have needed something to fix.

Yesterday I had a computer that was actually still under warranty run into issues- after spending a few hours on the phone with Lenovo customer service and getting nowhere I gave up and then just drove to iNet. Tahir diagnosed, and rectified the problem within 2 hours. He charged me 50 less than the actual licensed Lenovo store was going to charge!

Long story short he’s the real deal. When you walk in it seems a little bit of a madman’s lab, with computers every where and power supplies to fit any that comes in. Don’t let that put you off- the equipment is there to quickly diagnose and solve problems.
