I took my pc in for a windows install and when I got home it wouldn’t even boot, when I called him (politely) why, he just put the phone down on me
My computer is completely trashed now.
After I opened the back I also found that my M2 SSD was disconnected and the ram seemed like it had been replaced. I am devestated and now have to buy a new computer, it seems this guy has got no scruples
I am 70 and this has caused me a lot of stress, he is so rude!

I first came in to have a windows install disk, but you persuaded me to let youu do the Windows install. you told me afterwards, that it was a hardware problem. (if i had gone on your advice, i would have had to pay over PS1000 for a replacement) i suggested to you to do a hardware test, but you were unaware of any software that could do this, of which i was astonished. you had no idea what Ultimate boot was, and with Lenovo you press fn 12 to do all hardware checks. I told you i had been around computers all my life. I fixed it now, it needed a simple bios reset.

My problem is that I have nerve damage created from 2 years of chemo, this makes my hands shake, so find tasks more difficult. I often find people friendly and helpful, but what can you say to a know it all!

Mac Book Pro Failure!
Had a Mac for over 5 years, faultless performance, but last week got the pesky file icon on the screen with the question mark in it… this spells hard drive failure.
Called Infiniti Computers just hoping they could fix it-
Guess what DONE!
New hard drive upgrade, cleaned out problem solved… I thought it needed a new battery too, David could have fitted one, just because I said it needed one, David told me I didn’t need one!
Hard drive replaced, bigger better than before, like a new machine! Screen is brighter, maybe because he cleaned it, but everything sharper.
Value for money considering a new Mac book is PS2k.
Definitely recommend as he got it done quickly too!

I can’t thank INFINITI enough for recovering data from my seemingly dead laptop – photos taken over the last few years that I hadn’t backed up, music from an overfilled ITunes and everything else I had expected to be gone for good. Thank you !!! Will use services again, but will also remember and backup everything as I go along :- ))) Great service!
