Dropped my phone off to get the back replaced. Was promised it would be done by 5pm the same day. Was then told it would be the following morning. This then got pushed back again to 4pm. I contacted the store to make sure that it was ready to pick up and was told to give them another 60-90mins. I then proceeded to go to the store to find they had closed early despite asking me to come down and opening hours stating otherwise! I am still yet to receive my phone back from them!! DO NOT advise you go here for repairs.
Exceptionally poor service and customer care.Stated 8 hours for mobile phone repair despite numerous calls and excuses mobile still not repaired after 48 hours.Owner keeps giving promises of collection times that he fails to keep.
