NEVER trust those guys your laptops

I had to give them my laptop after it was flooded with water. I had to travel from St. Tropez to give the laptop to the service, and a second time to pick it up.
I paid 680 Euro for the repair. Meanwhile, when I arrived home, I discovered that the laptop did not work from the battery – but only from the network cable.
I had to go to Nice a third time to get this problem fixed. And the fourth one to pick up again. As a result, after another repair (battery replacement), I came home and discovered that this time something inside had not been screwed or glued – something was rattling a lot. I was offered to come again and fix this problem But I already did this in another service..

Further, during use, I discovered that the battery runs out VERY quickly. The new battery lasted 10 hours. My old one is 5+ hours. This one barely works for 3 hours. Most likely they installed a cheap Chinese copy (the buttery level on second screenshot – I’ve started to use the laptop at 5.30 AM)

p.s. – it was also outrageous that when I arrived for the third time, and explained that they gave me a laptop from repair with unfixed problem, instead of an apology, I listened to rudeness and advice to go learn French, since this is France and I need to speak French not English

I accidentally broke my wife’s google pixel 6 screen while traveling. The Pixel 6 is a less popular phone but they were able to order the replacement and do the repair within a day. All of the worker spoke English too which made it easy to coordinate. Phone is back to 100% functionality so she can capture the rest of our honeymoon

Prices are too high and the place didn’t release the receipt (ticket the caisse).

In the specific: I bought a very simple adapter that costed 20 euros. I found the same exactly product in others electronic shops in the city for 3 euros!
I hypotize that this is a sort of price boosting that they do only with tourists.
