If I could give this place zero stars I would. My laptop was returned in a worse off state than when I dropped it off.

When I brought the laptop back to ask questions about it, I was met with complete and utter aggression. I was advised that to fix the issue of the screen popping out (caused by the owner/technician), it would result in two visible screws at the front. When I started questioning why there were different coloured screws, glue and random unmatched parts, he became aggressive, threatening and verbally violent.

I was (thankfully) escorted outside by another female staff member as it was becoming extremely unsafe at his point. If not for the lovely receptionist, police would have been called.

He said it was “not my business to be asking these questions”, when I asked why the parallel screws of the internal laptop were different colours to and one there was magnets on one side of the screen and glue on the other. I tried to de-escalate the situation by explaining that I’m not trying to be difficult, I’m just trying to understand why the screen is in such a state.

I was so shocked by the aggression and behaviour of the owner/technician. At this point, I asked for a refund (whether partial or full) and for my laptop to be returned. I just wanted to leave.

The very kind receptionist spoke to him for me and after sometime the laptop was returned and a refund was processed. Upon receiving it, I noticed there was a screw mark on the outside of one side, clearly indicating he had gone against my wishes and put a screw inside. Even after damaging the laptop, the abuse, he still went against my direct request of “I don’t want anything else done, I just want my laptop and to leave”.

There is still obvious gaps in the screen and a clicking noise when it closes (it doesn’t even shut properly cause the screen doesn’t fit).

Please do not visit this shop.

how unprofessional this place is i rang with a problem about a broken of sim card tray and made arrangements to see them the next day the owner told me he will be there just after 12 o,clock
i got there at 12.45 pm but was not open i waited till 1.40 pm still not open i rang him a number of times but no answer
so left for 15 minutes when i came back it was open but the guy in the shop was not the person i spoke to over the phone i showed him the phone and told him the problem he kept telling
me they can.t get a sim tray i told him i have a sim tray for it
all i want you to do is remove the broken part of the sim tray
and this guy just kept going on about not being able to get
a sim tray after i had said 4 times i had the tray
this guy then tries to ring the owner a number of times
and the owner did not take his calls
so i left
if i could give ZERO stars i would
totaly UNPROFESSIONAL this guy is a joke he wasted 2hrs of my time
honestly give this business a wide berth or you,ll regret it

Misleading advertising:
Infoway IT Solutions, Millers Junction, North Altona advertised they were open Saturdy from 10:00am – 6:00pm. Even now at 3:53pm they still show as being open until 6:00pm today.
We called, the phone rang out repeatedly, no answer. We drove there in case they were too busy to answer the phone – which ok is not the best customer service but possible.
Rubbish bins overflowing at the entrance. Inside looked cluttered & slightly like a building site, boxes of all different non technical sorts piled up and of course they were not open!
Although we like to support local business we cannot in good faith recommend this company.
If they cannot be relied upon to even keep the hours for which they advertise they’re available, it leaves me feeling unsettled as to how much they can in turn be relied upon to successfully take on board the technicl repairs we so urgently required.
