Took iphone se 2020 into have battery replaced, it was returned with the home button not working. The shop response was it was dead when you brought it in – when I said no it wasn’t, the next reply was well you should have showed us it working when you brought it in. No help at all – I’m left with a broken phone.

The phone was turned off when I brought it in, if you had asked I would have turned it on for you and shown you it working. The ‘power problem’ was that the phone charge lasted less than 24 hours. I took it to the Apple store they said there was no easy fix for a non-working home button.

Have twice had black cartridges refilled and neither lasted very long. Had a colour cartridge refilled, it didn’t work and also insufficient ink within cartridge. Took it back, it was seen to and was told that it would now work – it didn’t! What is the point in getting a cheaper refill if it doesn’t work and time is spent making return journeys! In future I shall walk the same distance and get a brand new “proper” cartridge elsewhere. Undoubtedly cheaper in the long run!

My husband and I were on holiday down here when I dropped my phone and my screen went all black with lines through it,so I looked Up repairs near us online and found this little gem. When I went in to ask if they could fix it. They said yes no problem, it was fixed like new within a couple of hours and at a very reasonable price.I would recommend these guys to everyone who needs there help,they were great and very professional, thanks again
