Unfortunately I was warned off this business when it was already too late. If only I had read these reviews! I took my laptop in for an SSD upgrade. PS155. When I tried to use it, the laptop would suddenly switch off and sometimes wouldn’t switch on again. I returned to the shop and was told it needed a new battery — which I reluctantly agreed to: PS85. I doubted the diagnosis because it should still work with a mains lead, but I foolishly fell for it. The problem persisted and the laptop would not reliably switch on. I took both parts back to the shop, asked that it be returned to its former condition before they had touched it, with a full refund. They will only refund the PS85. The proprietor would hardly let me get a word in, both in the shop and on the phone. He actually put the phone down on me. The female assistant is shockingly rude with an appalling passive-aggressive attitude. Worst of all, is that when I picked up the laptop after the second “repair” I did manage to switch it on for a short while and it had gigabytes of data with financial files and personal documents of another customer’s repaired laptop loaded onto it! This is totally illegal. The shop is a disaster. I strongly advise you not to go there if you want to keep your sanity.

Took my phone here and was charged 80 pounds for a repair, 1 month later I was told he hadn’t looked at it, but it was now his top pirorety, fair I thought I’ll leave complaining so long as I get my phone back. Next week get it back with the repairs he promised…all done with sub-par parts and now different things on the phone where broken. Took it back a week later it’s ready to get… Still broken take it back again and this time he accidently smashes the phone braking the screen and back. He then fixes it with SELLO-TAPE! Hands it back to me and says he will call me when he has the parts to fix it again….that was 6 months ago. Still waiting on the phone call or a refund but he’s impossible to contact. Got a new phone it was easier but I’m still one phone and PS80 down thanks to his cheap fixes and lack of skills. There’s a shop that does repairs down near the tesco express. Go there not here. Sadly Google doesn’t let me rate 0 stars

Absolutely horrible experience.I went there to print a page with my baby and the man in there was very aggressive for no reason. he was about to charge me 2.5 pounds for a single page print then changed his mind and charged 1.5 pounds and when I only smiled he aggresively asked why i smiled and i could understand he was ready to have a fight or something. I apologised even I did nothing wrong because I did not feel safe especially with a baby. I left as soon as possible. Do not go there if you are a woman especially with a baby.
