3.5. Good and friendly service. However, they didn’t even try to fix my problem. Right after a liquid spill, the keyboard and clickpad on my laptop stopped working. There was no water damage when they opened the laptop, so they instead checked my warranty to send me to another service provider. I paid 20 EUR when I picked up the laptop, and 20 minutes later I fixed them myself by following suggestions on the laptop company’s support webpage. If they had solved the problem, they would have received accolades, but for my needs, coming here was a waste of time and money.
I went there to get my laptop fixed and Christian was extremely nice and he helped me understand the problem before any payment. If you’re looking for an honest opinion please go to him. I cannot recommend him enough! He also has great communication skills in English so that also helps.
