My PC is in constant use, so when it suddenly crashed I couldn’t work. As a sole trader that meant I was losing money. Instant iFix came out to my home office within a few hours of calling them and fixed the issue very quickly. Whilst there, they also advised me on the best way to back up, the general health of my PC, which parts needed upgrading and they even upgraded the RAM there and then by adding another 10GB.
Overall I thought the prices were reasonable and the advice was valuable. Would recommend.
