UPDATE: I’ve turned the computert on in front of you. I was using a walking aid, I even told you that I am often in bed rest, You have not once offered me further help. Just kept repeating that you don’t know how to fix the issue nor you have looked at it further than the Youtube watching. I am not complaining about the price, but rather the fact that you have not fixed the computer and even after right there I showed you and asked if you have tested the CPU temp with something you said no. My computer is essential as I can barely leave my home, I don’t care about the price. Stating you have fixed 100s of computer won’t erase the fact that my computer haven’t been fixed, nor the fact that you haven’t offered further help with it.

Let me start with the fact that I’m a Local Guide, leaving honest reviews for years and also worked in the industry. Due to my spine condition I no longer can take care of the hardware parts as my fingers are often numb.
After an NVIDIA and Windows update my computer started constantly overheating and the windows became unusable. I had to reset it. The CPU temperature was unstable; 60C one second and the jumped up to 89C in like literally one second. I had no choice but take it to this shop after looking at the reviews I’ve made the conclusion that this business is professional.
I have explained everything and left the computer with the gentleman on Saturday. I phoned up on Monday to be informed that the computer has no issues and runs youtube in the google chrome browser perfectly. That wasn’t my issue. Which I explained to him. I asked to change the cooling gel which I wanted to do it anyways. I went to pick up my computer the next day and turned on in front of him showing the problem. Which he replied that he doesn’t understand and never heard of the program. I have an Acer Predator laptop which has a specific program called Predator sense for measurements and fan control, etc
I brought my computer back and went through everything which they should’ve checked. Basic settings like the Power usage and such. This is a basic requirement in a repair shop. The computer had 3 different measurements in 3 different softwares. I do not understand how it is possible to monitor a computer as a professional and stating that everything is fine when it isn’t. They’ve charged me PS78 (incl VAT) for watching YouTube and changing the cooling gel. I now have to pay for another check up with obviously a different repair shop. I am currently stabilizing manually until I can physically take it to somewhere else (I’m a disabled person often in bed rest).

I brought my laptop in to repair a broken screen. I was told by another shop that there might be a more serious problem, so I informed the ITC that this might be the case. They suggested that I leave it for inspection to avoid fixing something that would then require additional fixes/charges that I might not want to incur. They phoned me shortly after to let me know that it was just the screen. They had my laptop fixed by the next day. I am thoroughly impressed with the integrity, customer service and speed of delivery. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with computer troubles.
