Brilliant service from the lads at Integrity Computers. I’d been in touch via messenger about a few problems of late but not actually needed them, but their advice was great.

Needed them this week as the son’s laptop lost its WiFi connection and nothing was showing up on a search and an Ethernet cable wasn’t working either. They had a hard job to sort it out without losing data and had to install an earlier version of windows 10. Then checked it all out and made sure all working properly.

The price was going to be really high as a lot of work was involved. But they priced me fairly as it wasn’t a problem we’d caused, it was Microsoft and their software.

Thank you to Sean for the help and I’d totally recommend them to anyone.

I got some great advice from Sean about a gaming pc for my son to move on from a laptop. He even recommended another company rather than hard sell. My son is over the moon with it and I’m happy that it has a 6mth warranty and I can pop in anytime and ask for help or support.

Our company, Monarch Home Improvements recently had Integrity Computers to replace and overhaul our computer system which was well overdue. The exchange was seamless and the lads were excellent – from Jon coming to see us to Jack who set the system up to minimise any disruption in service on the day. Since then we have added another PC to our system and again faultless. Any teething problems on our side we hasten to add were dealt with swiftly. We really can’t speak highly enough about this company. In these strange times it’s nice to keep it local and in doing so we found our perfect IT partner. Thank you.

I found this shop on Facebook and was interested in seeing what they had . I was looking for a Windows 11 PC tower . I sent them a message and had a quick reply . The shop was only a few miles away at Boldon Colliery, So I had a drive over . Three young lads working there knew what they we are doing and answered my questions. There was some lovely machines there at great prices. So anyone looking for a great reconditioned and new Towers this is the place to visit.
