I cannot rave enough about Faiza and her exceptional customer service. She hand-delivered my computer on a Saturday night after spending ALL DAY and late evening re-installing the back up to my corrupted hard drive- all so I could meet a work deadline! I have never know customer service like it. Her expertise, patience and knowledge kept me at ease the whole time and I’ve been back on a number of occasions when things have gone wrong with any of my devices from phones to computers. Went to Intellot with my Macbook Pro which had liquid damage and was able to get an appointment same day with faiza . Was very helpful and knowledgeable. Whole process of dropping off, getting a quote and repair time was only a week.
