I would like to give a big thanks to George, on holiday in Troyes and we came across the apple store as i thought my screen was broken. As it turns out he had a look at it and immediately put me at ease knowing that it was only the screen protector that was broken! What a relief, it’s good to know that there are still some decent people out there not just looking for the next customer to scam! Cost me 25 euros instead of nearly 200 for a new screen especially as the telephone is brand new! Was very friendly and happy to help and he spoke fluent english!!! What more to ask for! Would 100 percent recommend them, they are much more helpful than the apple stores in Paris!

Faced by a friend’s major meltdown of their computer system and their backup arrangements, I visited Inter-actif, in desperation.
The Troyes team were extremely helpful and friendly, providing most useful advice free of charge, despite having spent a considerable number of hours trying to solve the problem. A final solution is still being sought, but Inter-actif really pulled out the stops insofar as they were able.
