I would not recommend getting your phone fixed here. I got my iPhone 11 fixed here last year after I cracked it. I payed extra for a “Premium screen”, It worked well. For 3 months, when for no reason the screen failed. I took it back as it was under warranty expecting a simple new screen repair or refund. However the person serving me claimed there was internal damage and the best he could do would be to offer me a discounted price for the same “premium screen” I reluctantly agreed. A week later, you guessed it. The screen failed again. after forking out over $450 to this place, I was not happy. Thankfully this time they completed the repair under warranty (also cracking my screen protector in the process which they requested I pay for as it “wasn’t under warranty”). It has been another 3 months. And again, without dropping my device the screen failed. That’s right 3 dodgy screens in a row. At this stage it was more of an inconvenience to keep getting my phone repaired at this horrible place, so I decided to fix the phone my self. Sure enough upon opening the phone I spotted something VERY STRANGE. 2 screws were missing from the screen. Clearly the previous worker who put on the last screen was too lazy to put in these screws. Not only have they wasted my time going to and from the repair shop because they repeatedly use faulty screens but they’re negligence and laziness has resulted in two integral screws from my phone being stolen. I have wasted enough time with this business and I encourage anyone else seeking this company’s service to go elsewhere.

Excellent service at Macquarie Centre and the lady didn’t even charge for it.
My Samsung phone went dead and even the Samsung service person said ‘it’s going to cost me more than the cost of the phone’ to fix it. We were thinking of buying a new phone and came across this iPhix kiosk and thought why not try it here. The lady at the counter, somehow reset it and restated and it worked like a magic!
It saved lot of hassle of spending for a new phone, setting it up and, most importantly, losing all the data on it.
I will highly recommend it.

I couldn’t share my iPhone data through hotspot for my laptop. The guy there was so helpful and he fixed it for me within couple of minutes which took me two days without success. When I asked him how much he would charge me, he said nothing! I couldn’t believe it! He is very knowledgeable and kind! Thank you!
