One of the tiny Pentalobe screws at the bottom of my iPhone 12 Pro had become completely burred and needing to replace the camera that had become faulty, became an impossible task as I couldn’t remove the screen. Attempting to do so, the screen cracked and so I gave up trying to repair myself and decided to take it into this repair shop. Upon inspecting the phone, he advised that he wouldn’t be able to get access due to the damage screw and that the screen would need to be broken to get access from the inside. Seeing as though I had already cracked it myself I did need the screen replacement as well. At the time I was reassured that screen replacement would be an OLED screen. I was sceptical but needing the device to be fixed ASAP. I went ahead with the repair for PS130. To the guys credit he did replace the camera module for half price as I already had purchased the component which still works as expected however shortly after bringing the device home it became obvious that the screen itself was not an OLED replacement. There is a weird tint when viewing the phone from an angle, the blacks are more of a grey due to the backlight and now purple patches have appeared on the screen and which is typical of LCD screens that are damaged. It is disappointing to see this following his reassurance though I appreciate I did chose the cheaper option. I am unsure whether I should request a refund or a second attempt to repair with a genuine OLED screen..

Took my iPad in to iPhone care as the battery was draining within 40 to 45 minutes of using it. As my iPad is the 12.9inch screen they didn’t have the battery in stock, but ordered me one in and called me up once it had arrived. I dropped my iPad off and within a couple of hours it was done and ready to collect. They told me the battery has a 2 year warranty and to take it back if I had any battery problems in that time. Really good service and wasn’t without my iPad for very long at all. I would recommend iPhone care to anyone.

I am disabled and depend on my mob phone. I have a Redmi 10 note.the battery swelled up and damaged an internal lead. It was taken to iPhone care by my wife. A quote for repair was provided. Just over 24hrs turn round when parts required were received. First class service and no hassle. Can highly recommend this outlet. Owner was polite and friendly phone picked up yesterday and my thanks for an efficient and caring shop.
