Extreme lack of skills and professional integrity.

Asked for a display replacement on my iPhone 14 Pro, the price was a bit higher than in other places for OLED screen, but I was in a hurry. The guy asked for cash payment as well without any receipt.

The installed screen was of poor quality and literally did not fit the phone. Unfortunately, that was not all the problems. After a couple hours out of the shops, it started to randomly register sporadic presses, shutdown, and overheat.

When I returned to the shop, the owner tried to convince me to pay full Apple display repair price to get the things fixed. I passed on that.

An investigation by a different repair shop has shown (see the photos):
1. Mechanical damage to the new screen.
2. Abysmal installation on f the display chip (it was destroyed) that short-circuited the phone.

I will lodge a formal complaint in a hope to get some cash back.

How this bloke has 5 star ratings is beyond me! He makes a point of showing you these reviews as well which tells me they got to be fake! My usual repair guy weren’t available and needed this done asap! His work area is far from professional too! Got it done today and the screen keeps popping out and it keeps doing all the random stuff it did before so I’ll be going back tomorrow! His prices are ridiculous as well!

Fixed OnePlus 7 cracked back cover after ordering part for next-day delivery. Fix itself took under 30 mins and only cost PS30 all in! Great value. Phone looks as good as new.
