Took my HTC m9 to the shop in Gaston village because the battery died. Battery was changed but now there is no millivolt output, ir lens was snapped in half and the NFC doesn’t work. Took it to another repair shop, not in the friend mobile chain, and they said I shouldn’t have taken it there and they won’t touch the phone after friend mobile did because their work is poor quality.. The battery seems to charge and work OK but I’m now wondering if they used a proper HTC battery or a fake 3rd party. I will be having another shop look at it to check if the battery is genuine HTC.
